MEDICAL BILLER AND CODER

Required:  High school diploma / GED.  NRCCS, HIPAA certification.
Description:  Maintain accurate and timely claim submission for designed groups of accounts by payer.  Ensure that all claims are compliant with State and Federal billing regulations and contractual obligations.  Expedite inquiries by mail or phone as related to the designated group of accounts.

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Required:  High school diploma / GED.  NRCCS, HIPAA certification.
Description:  Code medical records for the purpose of reimbursement; perform research and compliance with federal regulations according official guidelines using the ICD-9-CM and/or CPT-4 and/or E&M classification system.  Analyze and review records for diagnoses and procedures which affect the current service dates.

Preferred:  Billing and collection, medical office / healthcare experience.  Knowledge of the Medisoft Medical Software and Windows.
