Erica Cole, P.T., D.P.T

Dr. Erica Cole was born in Lancaster, PA and raised in Lisbon, NY. Dr. Erica graduated from Upstate Medical University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology  that she obtained from Potsdam State University. She joined CCMC in November of 2011.

Dr. Erica believes that using therapies that combine flexibility, strengthening and manual aspects will improve a patient’s well being. She is currently furthering her education with the John Barnes form of Myofascial Release. The myofascial release technique is based on the concept that by releasing the connective tissues of the body, a patient will have freer movement, improved range of motion, the chance to improve in strength and flexibility and decrease pain.

Dr. Erica currently lives in Hoboken, New Jersey. In her free time she enjoys running and rock climbing, reading and learning to cook, spending time with friends and family and meeting new people while volunteering at community events.
